Angelica Lappe, APRN, FNP-BC, received her Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Missouri, St. Louis in 2010. Angelica participated in the National Rural Health Corp Service from 2013-2015 providing primary care through Washington County Hospital and Iron County Medical Center. Angelica currently works at Midwest Health Group in Farmington and has been PRN with Midwest Convenient Care since 2010. Her background includes primary care, dermatology, and emergency medicine.
Angelica became an LPN in 1994, an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 2006, and earned a Bachelor's degree in 2007.
Glenda Charlene Counts, APRN FNP-BC received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Louis University in 2010. Charlene joined the primary care team at Missouri Highlands immediately following graduation where she worked for three years. Charlene then joined Midwest Convenient Care in 2012 per diem before transitioning to full time in 2013.
Charlene became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1988 and an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 1993. Charlene has a very diverse background with different types of clinical experience.
Kimberly Combs, APRN FNP-BC received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Missouri in 2010. Kim joined Preferred Hospice immediately following graduation working approximately one and a half years. Kim then joined Midwest Convenient Care in 2012.
Kim became an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 1997 and worked for Parkland Health Center in the Intensive Care Unit until graduating from University of Missouri with her Master's Degree.

Michelle Allen, APRN FNP-BC received her first Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Saint Louis University in 2005. While an ANP, Michelle worked for Mineral Area Hospital and primary care at Missouri Highlands. Michelle returned to Saint Louis University and earned a Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010. Michelle joined Iron County Family Practice Clinic where she worked full time prior to joining the Midwest Convenient Care full time in 2015.
Michelle became an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 1991 and has a diverse background with emergency department, med-surgical, mental health, and home health experience.
Kay Lynn, APRN FNP-C received her Master’s Degree from Maryville University in 2015. She immediately joined Midwest Convenient Care.
Kay Lynn became an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 1991 and has a diverse background with Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department and Mental Health experience. Kay Lynn is currently enrolled in the Doctoral Program at Chatham University.
Mary Jarrells, APRN, FNP-BC received her Master's Degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 2011 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mary joined Midwest Convenient Care in March 2016 part-time.
Mary started her nursing career at Bonne Terre Hospital where she worked as a student nurse while attending the LPN program at Mineral Area College in 1982 and graduated in 1983. She worked as an LPN for 23 years in various areas of a local hospital but most of her career was in the Emergency Room. In 2005 she graduated from Mineral Area College with Associates Degree in Nursing and then obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Central Methodist University in 2009. From there she continued her education at the University of Missouri, St. Louis where she graduated with her Masters Degree in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. In this role, she has worked part-time as Hospitalist in a local hospital but mainly in Primary Care.
Sarah Rasnick, APRN FNP-BC received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Missouri in 2010. Sarah joined a cardiology practice following graduation working approximately two years in that setting. Sarah then joined Hospice full time while also joining Midwest Convenient Care per diem in 2012. Sarah became full time for Midwest Convenient Care in 2015.
Sarah became an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 2002 and worked for Parkland Health Center until graduating from University of Missouri with her Master's Degree.
Nedra Harrington APRN, FNP-BC, received her Master’s Degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 2008 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Nedra worked in the emergency department at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center from 2008 to 2009 full time and from 2009-2013 PRN. Nedra joined Washington County Memorial Hospital and Great Mines Health Center in 2009 where she worked until 2013. Nedra also worked part-time for Safe Harbor Hospice. In 2014, Nedra joined Midwest Health Group full time providing primary care services and Midwest Convenient Care PRN.
Nedra became an LPN in 1983, Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 1989, earned a Bachelor's degree in 1995. Nedra's background is intensive care, emergency department, hospice, education and primary care.
Elizabeth "Beth" Dalton, APRN FNP-C received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Cox College 2015. Beth currently practices full time for Trade Winds Palliative Care in Fredericktown MO. Beth joins our facility as a PRN FNP.
Beth has been a Registered Nurse for 26 years with a varied background of valuable clinical experience.
Gina Heberlie APRN, FNP-BC, DNP received her Master’s Degree from University of Missouri St. Louis in 2003 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Gina joined Medical Arts Clinic in primary care where she worked from 2003-2010. Gina then joined Midwest Health Group providing primary care services in 2010. Gina has worked PRN at Midwest Convenient Care Clinic since 2010. Gina is currently adjunct faculty at UMSL.
Gina became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1990, an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 1995, received her Bachelors degree in 1997, Masters degree in 2003 and her Doctoral degree in 2014. Gina has a background in education, long term care, and primary care.
Dr. Victoria Damba D.O. joined the medical profession as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1978, became a Registered Nurse in 1987, and attended Medical School at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. She joined Mineral Area Hospital in 2000 after finishing residency in Family Medicine. She worked in a Family Medical Clinic until 2008 when she started the Hospitalist program at Mineral Area Hospital. Dr. Victoria Damba D.O. now see’s patients at the Midwest Health Group providing family medicine/primary care and does see patients at Midwest Convenient Care several times per month.
